Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to ship your package. We cannot accept returns without a return request.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order within 3 days of receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for replacement parts to ensure it is fully functional.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on promotional items or gift cards.

Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item if your return is accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
