The chandelier itself is beautiful and the marble quality is excellent. Giving 4 stars because the suspension wires needed several adjustments to get the height even — the instructions could be clearer on this. Once installed though, it completely transformed our entryway. The light diffusion through the stone is magical.
The quality of the marble is genuinely impressive for this price point. It's heavy and solid, not thin or fragile at all. The chrome hardware complements the white stone beautifully. We installed it in our living room with high ceilings and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Shipping took about 3 weeks but was well worth the wait.
We've been looking for a statement chandelier for months and this snowflake marble piece exceeded our expectations. The natural stone patterns are stunning — every angle shows different textures. Installation took about 45 minutes with two people. The warm glow through the marble creates such an elegant atmosphere. Our dinner guests always comment on it.
I was nervous ordering a chandelier online but the packaging was incredibly secure — double boxed with foam inserts. The marble has a slight translucency when lit that makes the whole fixture glow softly. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the dimmer compatibility. Highly recommend.
